Finally got back to this after a long delay. I met lots of nice new people at Stitch n Bitch in Double Dutch in Edinburgh. I had started the Lana Grossa socks that morning and made good progress. I kept at it and got them finished late the following Friday night (6 days later!) in time for my husband's return from his skiing trip. They only had 6 casualties! Three legs, 2 wrists and a rib.
Of course before doing the above socks, I had started the Opal Lollipop ones. I got this one finished then put them aside. I still haven't done the other one, as I went on to a baby cardigan using some of the yarn below. It will appear in the fullness of time! As will my other sock.
